All rise for the return of Cee Lo Green, the singer who fronted/partnered Danger Mouse in Gnarls Barkley and set the world on fire with crossover smash Crazy five years ago. Apparently a more club-friendly version of this song slipped out to a select few earlier this year, featuring a dirtier/heavier beat and a less clean production finish, while the over-produced album version missed the mark completely. But it’s impossible to deny that this Jack Splash remix will keep everyone smiling for the rest of summer. The Redlight remix on the flip of the new single is also something of a club killer, but Splash’s mix is the definitive article for me.
