Dub from a distant time

Here is a copy of an old favourite, a mix that was recorded live in the summer sunshine at the Big Chill Festival in 2005.  It features a lot of dub-reggae by the wonderful Rhythm & Sound, aka genius German producers Mark Ernestus and Moritz Von Oswald, who used to make incredible deep, dubby techno in the Nineties (as Basic Channel), alongside a few other old soulful favourites.

This mix is designed to warm the heart and shake the blues away, as the leaves fall from their trees and the days get shorter and colder…
